Jimmy Anthony –B.Sc, MBA, M.A, FIMC, CMC

Tony is currently the Managing Director. He is a solution oriented executive and business development leader with over 26 years of experience that includes establishing best in class corporate, financial, and commercial frameworks for major corporates within Nigeria and beyond.

He started his career with SmartCard Nigeria Plc as a Management Trainee and left for Zenith Bank Plc where he worked in Internal Control & Audit, and Financial Control & Strategic Planning Departments, rose to the position of a Senior Manager and voluntarily resigned in December 2016 before joining Bestcrest Int’l Limited in 2017.

Over the years, he acquired experiences in developing and implementing differing business models across diverse industries: Banking & Finance, Business Development, Business Process Reengineering, Corporate Governance, Change Management, Planning & Budgeting, Systems Implementation, Project Management.

He possesses sound knowledge of business processes, budgetary skills, financial management skills, etc.; and deep working knowledge of COSO's enterprise risk management framework (ERMF) and Basel II and its other risk management principles. He is a resource person on Tax, Risk Management, Process Improvement, Corporate Governance and other leading topics at public workshops, and organisations.

ENGR. THOMAS ELELEWOR – B.Eng, MNSE

Engr. Thomas Elelewor is a Professional Mechanical Engineer registered with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) with over 35 years’ experience in Engineering Design, Construction, Construction Supervision, Consultancy and Project Management. He is currently Director of Projects, Bestcrest int’l Ltd.

His over 35 years of engineering practice spans designs, technical specifications, tender documents, installation, project management and supervision of commercial, public and industrial mechanical services.

• HVAC – central chilled water air-conditioning systems, AHU/Fan coil units, VRF (cassette & fan coil units) systems, room & spilt units, boilers; hot &chilled water piping; thermal insulation/cladding piping; domestic & industrial ventilation systems, and similar works.
• Plumbing, Treatment Plants and Piped Services – water supply projects; urban and rural water supply piping; borehole, surface water and salty water treatment plants; water reservoirs, ground and elevated water tanks; ponds water fountains and swimming pools; industrial waste drainage piping; wastewater & sewage treatment plants, domestic sanitary piping, pumps, pumping stations & controls; oil & gas process piping; flow-stations, compressors and gas turbines; liquid and gas pressure tank farms & storage vessels piping.
• Fire Protection and Fighting Systems - portable first aid fire extinguishers, hose reels, fire hydrant systems, fire sprinklers, fire alarms, and smoke detectors.
• Welding & General Fabrication – Fitting, welding and general fabrication of steel storage pressure vessels, platforms, pipelines and tanks
• Lifts – passenger/good lifts and elevators in high buildings.

ENGR. DONALD OKEKE – B.Eng, MNSE

Engr. Donald Okeke is a Professional Civil Engineer registered with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) with over 20 years’ experience in Engineering Design, Construction, Construction Supervision, Consultancy and Project Management. He is also a Certified Management Consultant, a Certified Project Management Professional, a Microsoft Certified Professional and Technology Specialist and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria, Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers and Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria

Engr. Donald Okeke has spent the past 20 years developing and expanding the practice of Engineering Design, Construction and Project Management. His experiences span multiple industries both in the private and public sectors with demonstrated history in the industry where he has worked as a Design Engineer, Operations Superintendent, Site Project Manager, Principal Resident Engineer, Operations Manager and Chief Resident Engineer in world acclaimed International and Domestic Engineering Firms. Positions that have seen him handle over 30 major designs and construction projects. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of the technical elements of his profession and has managed multiple teams including the team that constructed the Ovade – Ogharaefe Gas Processing Plant (Civil works phase-1) in Delta State, the design of 95km Benin - Abraka Road, Benin City, Edo State. He also led the supervising consultant team for the construction of Ikot Oku Ikono Flyover and the 2No., 80m length cable bridges in Akwa Ibom State to mention a few. He has worked for both private (local and foreign firms) and public sector where he supervised and is still supervising multiple local and foreigner contractors.

Engr. Donald Okeke believes in value-add and constant improvement. He has mentored and is still mentoring many in the field of Civil Engineering and Project Management. He is also an acclaimed trainer, public speaker, coach and toastmaster.
